Many years and tight limbs ago, I embarked on a journey to make my yoga dreams come true. I absolutely never could have guessed where it would take me. Every chapter, both beautiful and difficult, and the journey’s twists and turns were and are a testament to the fluidity of life and the boundless opportunities that arise when we simply go forward. It’s the lessons from this journey, and those I’ve learned from others, that I am here to share with you through coaching or Yoga.
